Help Me Save Halloween

So two weeks ago I thought of an amazing Halloween costume. I didn't write it down so I have no idea who it is. All I remember is that the person is not a fictional character, they have a goatee (not a beard or mustache) and they kinda look like Rog from good ol' I-Mockery here. Any idea of who it could be?

Some girl came up to me in a bar and was telling me how much she loves me on the Whitest Kids You Know. I went along with it for about 10 minutes straight until I finally broke it to her that I wasn't the guy. She was incredibly embarrassed. Now anytime I see her, I thank her for watching my show. :P
