I remember that Sci-Fi (not SyFy) had an original movie where they promised a snakeman and delivered a giant snake instead. It was the same one with the winner from Who Wants To Be A Superhero in a 30 second cameo.

What does Hollywood (Sci-Fi isn't Hollywood but bear with me) have against snakemen? Why can't we have a drama about a giant snake with big, muscular human arms lamenting his tragic place in life?

This movie is playing in my town (Brisbane Australia) on Wednesday night as part of a "When Animals Attack" Double Feature,) at the Tribal Theatre if any other Brisbane folk are reading this. The other movie is The Giant Spider Invasion (1972)
