I meant low budget in terms of what most non-B movies are now. They couldn't shoot the entire thing on an iphone back then.

I've gotta say, I prefer "Rock & Roll High School Forever" over the original one. They should have had Clint back as Eaglebauer though.
I really think that "Ice Cream Man" is a decent movie. Jan Micheal Vincent, working for drug money? Hell yeah! Plus, the effects were awesome. The heads on waffle cones scene was hilarious! This def. is one of my favorite "crappy" movies to just pop in and watch!

I saw this on TV at one point. I remember it being very weird. Like when the cops found out the asylum was pretty much run by all the crazies, cause they killed the staff.
