I think it would have been more exciting if Joshua took a bite of the sacred bologna sandwich, then peed on the Goblin Queen thus melting her like all witches do when they get wet...but then...how would they make it a trilogy??? (snicker snicker)

Believe it or not, I tend to watch this movie at least once a week. There is always some new nugget of craziness to uncover. I watched it Saturday night with friends and was shocked that I'd never realized that the woman playing the mom is tweaked throuought the whole movie. Either that or she has some untreated hyperthyroidism going on.

You should look into the documentary "Best Worst Movie" it's actually about this film, its cult status and the cast today. After watching the documentary I learned that the director may be my favorite person ever.

My favorite moment in this film is when the family is being attacked by trol... I mean goblins in the house; shortly after one of the goblins is thrown down the stairs, when the family is in the hallway, there's a tall goblin that peeks out of the room at the end of the hallway, then walks back in. "I was gonna help but you guys got it under control."
