It means time is a concept made up by man to mesure from one day to the next . yet time has no physical quantities and thus shouldnot be able to be measured. Time is a contradiction of its self.

It means that time is arbitrary. Do you even know how we came to use the present calendar, what it's based on, why we used a sexigesimal time system, ect. All arbitrary.
