Every Spring my school holds a big concert. Last year it was Sugar Ray. Two years ago it was Everclear. This year they were trying to get, among other bands, Dave Mathews Band. However, because of "scheduling conflicts" (i.e., nobody would ever want to come here) the top choices left were Good Charlotte/New Found Glory and Dave Chapelle.

Obviously, I was pulling pretty hard for Dave Chapelle, and to my delight I just saw some posters advertising Dave Chapelle performing here on April 29th. Hopefully, I'll be able to interview him for my article, and in an ideal world, I'll be posting pictures of myself standing next to Dave.

Lewis Black came here (Western Michigan University) just last month and it kicked fuckign ass. He did a 2 hour show with almost no old material at all. It was the fuckign funniest thing I have ever seen.

I misread the posters. I just saw that it's Monday, April 28th at 8pm. Tickets go on sale on March 10th. I'm going to try and get a floor ticket. I might camp out :(
