From first glance, I can see a number of psychological neuroses or fixations which could lead a man or woman to having intercourse or even a stable relationship with someone not very high on their ladder (passive agressive manifestation, masochistim etc). So psychological and/or even physiological health obviously is an unlisted issue which you could exploit to an unlimited length (by showing how one's chemical state is never normalised so how can a generic mode of psychological normality even be employed so on so forth)

Yea, I re-read it. :/ It really can't be disproven because its too general and has too many clarifiers. They might as well just say that girls who wont fuck you wont fuck you unless they're drunk.

Ladder theory is true, but nothing magical or formula-esque. Basically the harder people try to make something all-encompassing all they do is make that idea less and less applicable to real life.
