Problem Saving

When ever I try to right click and save a picture, its file name is untitled and .bmp is the only extension I can pick, unless I'm saving a GIF, so I can't just save jpgs. I tried restarting to see if it was a temporary thing. It still did it.

I'm running Windows XP if that makes any difference.

What's going on?

start off deleteing all your temporary internet files.

yeah, it does that when your temporary internet file cache is full :(
