Ironic Pop-ups

I have no idea why (SINCE I'M LIKE HELEN KELLER WHEN IT COMES TO LEARNING COMPUTER SHIT, ONLY SHE COULD PROBABLY KICK MY ASS AT IT :( ), but all of the sudden starting today I've been getting a barrage of pop-ups every five minutes or so that say stuff like "ARE YOU TIRED OF POP-UPS" and "POP-UP KILLER KILLS POP-UPS OMG". And they aren't small ones either. They're those full-screen fuckers.

Does anyone know what I should do? I have SpyBot, but it seems to freeze itself before it gets halfway done each time.

run adaware AND spybot

then download hijackthis

http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

run then post your log file on

http://forums.techguy.org/f54/s

and they'll tell you what needs deleting
