While it may have been effective for Pershing on one occasion, modern Muslims are taught that something like this is of no concern as long as it's a) involuntary, as in used for torture, or b) in the line of holy duty, as in stepping on a pig while blowing themselves up. The vermin have proven quite resilient, and you can say what you want about their blind faith but they're not stupid enough to lose a war because the Jews tried to exploit a dogmatic loophole.
