I copied and pasted the URL for your avatar and I get something along the lines of "Not Authorized to View This Page."

If it's from Fighter's Generation, the load times are too high and phpbb times them out to keep them from loading. I'm just using one from Purple Flames for the time being. :/

Yes. Just search for "Sprite rips" on google, and you'll have a winner in the first few pages. DON'T link to sprite rip city, they go offline for about 28 out of 30 days a month. :/
