Off or On?

Does anyone on here leave their computer running all day? Would this be bad for it or doesn't it matter either way?

And, if I do leave it on all the time, should I reboot it once and awhile? Would it make any difference?

You should turn it off forever. That's the best way to preserve it.

In my opinion I would say leaving it on doesn't hurt, just restart it after you wake up or come home from work before using it. I leave mine on 24/7.
