GADZOOKS Hot Fuzz will probably be the first movie I buy on DVD since I first got a DVD player (other then Clint Eastwood Trilogy box-set which was cheaper then actually renting all three movies seperately). I like it that much!

MarioRPG I came this close to renting it but then chose "Thank You For Smoking" over it.

HickMan I never saw Shaun of the Dead but I liked this movie. It had some great humor AND an awexome plot to boot! The gunfight at the end was better then most action flicks anyways. I enjoyed it throughly

zeldasbiggestfan Hopefully lots of bonus features to make up for the actual film itself. But unlike all you rich peope I rented it for 2.50 at family video.

Jixby Phillips PS:

They are releasing a 3-disc edition of this now. I'm glad I did not buy the first release.

Thank you for doing that, by the way.

I suggest people get this DVD, though. I personally thought it was 10 times better then Shaun of the Dead but maybe I'm biased because I hate zombies almost as much as pirates or ninjas (though I stil think Shaun of the Dead is a good movie). It's one of the few if not the only movie I have seen twice in theaters willingly which I usually think is a stupid practice but I made an exception.

How the hell can you hate pirates, zombies and ninjas?

Kahl gets it. Yes, you retards, the shitty CGI was on purpose.

GADZOOKS You people are forgetting that they tried to make a Michael Bay kind of movie with the budget of a Kevin Smith flophouse.

Obscurus Lupa The blood spurts were a little fakey, but the murders themselves had good effects. I think it would've worked better if they'd CGIed the murder, but used fake blood instead of relying on the CGI.

EndersGame Funny, I've had a DVD quality copy of this movie on my computer for 2 months now, never saw it in theaters. I love this movie, watch it at least once every two weeks or so.

Yggdrasill I really liked this movie and it would have been perfect if the CGI wasn't so shitty.

Obscurus Lupa Bought it the first day it came out. Loved the movie. I like that the humor is deadpan without being too British.

zeldasbiggestfan Ive never seen Spaced but Id like it to be on TV in America. It probably is I just dont know because I refuse to get digital cable.

Gadzooks actually almost managed to make a post after mine that ALMOST didnt try to make me mad! RED LETTER DAY.

Grislygus It was motherfucking awesome, and one of the few parodies I've seen in a long time that succeeds in everything it attempts. Of course Shaun of the Dead was funnier, it was basically "Spaced, but with Zombies this time".

ArrowX already bought it, loved it, watching it again right now.
