World Stupidity Awards TORONTO - Iraqi information minister Saeed al-Sahaf, U.S. President George W. Bush, Canadian Tory MP Elsie Wayne and the troll himself, Toronto Mayor Mel Lastman have been nominated for the first World Stupidity Awards, a dubious honour to be bestowed June 6. "Some people think we're joking," said organizer Albert Nerenberg, an independent filmmaker. "But we're dead serious." |
