The only way I would buy this is if they had commentary tracks from the whole cast....you know, Elizabeth Berkley breaking into tears and Dustin Diamond popping pills and screaming about how people keep calling him Screech and kicking his ass on general principles. And that guy who played Slater announcing he's a fruit. Come on, that talk show just proves that guy is light in the loafers. He's one pink polo from being Liberace. |

They've been airing them on (Dutch) Nickelodeon here. Also, I've seen Mark-Paul Gosselaar (or, something along those lines) in two fairly recent movies, while I was sure he was drunk in the gutter somewhere by now. In one he had black hair and glasses, in the other he had bleached hair and was really buff.

I wanted to not want this. I convinced myself that the early shows weren't that great. You know, the ones where they are in Jr. High School, and they live in Indiana, and Slater and Kelly and Jessie aren't there. But then I found out that they aren't on the DVD because technically it was a different series. I am going to netflix these and tape them MAYBE. But if I ever bought these I know I'd only watch them once and find myself looking at them on my shelf thinking "I could fit 3 new DVDs in that space" |
