Instead of an actual "initiation", they are probably going to see if you can take the insults that will be hurled your way as you begin posting, and they will watch to see if you have intelligent things to add to threads. If you can take the insults in stride and come up with something that is a clever and burning retort, you might win some sembalance of respect. When in doubt, don't say anything at all.
And for Ah Pook's sweet sake, use proper punctation! Nobody is going to take you seriously otherwise.
