punkgrrrlie10 I love running. Usually I try to go to a stadium of some sort with a track. I like being outdoors to do it and if I have the energy and motivation that day, do some bleachers.

Spooky I'm more of a walker. Probably because I smoke and have no lung capacity. I do however need to start working out again. I don't want to be looking like Chris Farley, only less dead.

Bod I like riding bikes except when cars don't pull out to overtake you and hit you and knock off your lights and knock you off and don't even stop to see if you are ok.

My chiropractor told me that coming in to see him twice a week for the rest of eternity at $60 a session would be good for my back. As odd as it may seem, it really worked.

I have about $3.86 right now, is that enough? Oh wait, I can't spend that, I'm going to school. I have to live off that money for the next six years. Is there a place you can "adopt a treadmill?" You know... and give it back when I pay back my loans?

Get a trampette. Better for your joints and back. Brill for lymphatic system and keeps you indoors and dry or in yard in private. Also you can have your stereo on full whack for motivation. I've got through 3 already!

Supafly345 The closest thing I have to a park to me is a lake with a HUGE cement walk area wrapped around it. We aren't allowed to run on the little grass there is. I am sure there is somewhere I could run, and I know I could join one of those overpriced health clubs, but I don't want to travel just for 45 to 75 minutes of running!

executioneer so go to a park or something :/

Supafly345 Those endorphans that it releases are wonderful aren't they? Running is addictive. I start to get restless if I don't get a good run in for the day. And, just like all things addictive, it is probably not good for me. According to my doctor running hurts your back if you run on hard surfaces. And there is NO SOFT SURFACES IN SEATTLE to run on. And those damn Huskies Football players are always on our track.

Damn, I need to start running on babies or something.
... or wear shoes made of babies... Hey, maybe this is something I could market...

Jogging/Running

Who likes to jog or run? I like to, but only if it's around 5 AM. I'm scared of being seen. But jogging makes me feel good. Yum.
