Anyway, I explained to her that, although I didn't doubt her competence and I'm sure she does this enough (it's an industrial clinic, so physicals are quite common), it was a little off-putting. I also admitted that it was one of the few times times that I'd rather a male be jostlin' my bejanglins, no offense. She laughed at that too. Not an altogether bad experience but not one that I'd particularly like to repeat anytime soon. Am I a turd?[/QUOTE]

BTW, I talked to a girl I know about her GYN visits and she said that there's usually another female in the room if it happens to be a male doctor ... like it's some kind of regulation or something. I had a similar situation where I was getting some xrays done on my pelvis (cracked it scateboarding. Extreme to the max, dude). while I was getting it done there was this cute doctor handling the machinery and as she was shooting radiation on my penis I was praying not to get an erection. I didn't.
