kellychaos I like the blue icicle kind as long as they're not surrounded by drunk old men touching me inappropriately and asking "Whose lil' boy is this?!"

This is a great way to get that vintage, nostalgic look with new lights!
Just like the alchemists of yore used to decorate thier labs with!

This is a question maybe Seth can answer. How do these not blow up after a while, shooting glass into childrens eyes?

2) The bubble lights that have little tubes of water attached to them so that when the light heats up the water enough it starts to boil.
I have one of those, except it's not a christmas light. It has this 5 centimetre long tube with orange liquid and theres a lighbulb at the bottom. It boils when you plug it in. It's kind of like a nightlight or something.

So no, he isn't making it up.

Where do I find these remarkable lights? I am pretty sure that they are too awesome to exist, I hope for your sake that you didn't make them up. . .

Suck 'n' Fuck The blinking christmas lights remind me of animated banner ads that make you want to gouge your eyeballs out with a ballpoint pen.

JenMacca Ooooh! That second kind you mentioned DOES sound awesome. I've never actually seen any like that...gonna have to look for some now because they do sound really cool. *is easily amused by things such as those*

Mockery There are two kinds of xmas lights that are absolutely badass.

1) The oversized multi-colored lights that you'd see in New York state a lot (I don't see them much around here).

2) The bubble lights that have little tubes of water attached to them so that when the light heats up the water enough it starts to boil.

JenMacca If they're blue or purple, it's alright.

The_Rorschach I hung some on my car. Tomorrow I am going to splice them into the ignition wiring so when I turn her over, they will all light up.

They are, sadly, the blinking kind. . .But they are all blue, which to me, makes it alright.

Christmas Lights

I don't like the blinky kind. They remind of the one time my aunt took me to a bar during the daytime while she got drunk.
