Screw Veggie Tales. I hate Christian propanganda, even more so when it's aimed at children. That reminds me, Jack Chick is doing a series of Chick Tracts for kids. Damn it. |

Hairbrush song is the best. This thread is strictly about veggie tales. Veggie tales is mostly about bible stuff, but is not sacharine or preachy, it's just intro theology for kids. The songwritting is friggin' high sterical and the voicework is class A comedy. "I got to tell you somethin'... I ain't got no bellybutton" is almost as good as the hairbrush song in their take on Daniel in the Lions Den, the kings advisors, plotting against Daniel sing "we could use him as a footstool or a table to play scrabble on or tie him up and beat him up and thro him out of Babylon." |

I had a teacher who had huge veggie tails posters on his windows. I would sit in class and have the weirdest feeling that someone was watching me...then i would look over and a giant cucumber would be watching me. so never watching it i can conclude that its about pirates. |
