| pissed off salesman | In the 5th grade my math teacher was a real asshole, he would give barebones lectures that had nothing to do with math, then he would give you work on highschool level algebra, and plus if you asked him something he would yell at you for "not paying attention". | ||

| kellychaos | Instructors like that would leave me a confused state of frustration. You want to do well to keep up your GPA and get all your required classes out of the way, so sometimes you want an easy instructor for a course just to get it out of the way. Well, that's the way I used to feel if I had a heavy class load sometimes. Other times, you feel that, if you're spending your money and you're truly interested in the major that you're pursuing, then you want to get the bang for your buck with a good instructor. | ||

I had a teacher when I was 13 who left Brighton to start a new life with her hubby on a farm in the country. She told us how they had bought a shotgun together. Two weeks after they moved hubby shot her to death with it and then killed himself. The moral: Farming is a bit tougher than it looks. |
