Yeah I launched it directly and i uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice, but nothing went

When you uninstall it, do you delete the shortcut that you use and replace it with a new one? What about launching the program directly? |

Photoshop not working... Every time i go to open photoshop it keeps saying parameter is incorrect. I tried reinstalling it and everything but i can't get it to work at all... |
