Where are the Republicans who questioned Clinton's leadership because of his prediliction for interns and cigars? Why are they not calling Cheney's integrity into question?

He got another six figure check from Halliburton this year. He says he has no stake in the companies interest since it's defered salary, part of his severance package he negotiated so he'd pay less taxes on it.
