Also, I don't think this is actually a new season Take a look at the episode guide http://www.tvtome.com/ManShow/eplist.html According to this, 11 episodes aired. The Production codes go up to 521. That must mean theres episodes left over. Comedy Central must just be trying to not let those shows go to waste. Unless there was an announcement aboutu a 6th season being ordered that I don't know about. |

How do you know that there actually is anything to be seen under those blurs? they're probably covered, knowing it's going to be blurred. This may shock you, but there aren't many actresses (or whatever you want to call them) who would jump at the chance to appear nude on a comedy central show. And the man show always sucked. |

Yeah The Man Show really sucks without Adam and Jimmy. It wasn't that great alot of the time before anyway but now it just plain sucks. Reno911 kind of grew on me. Even though I don't really like it, I ended up watching alot of the episodes  stupid tv.

Joe and Doug are doing it strictly for the cash. They both hate it because they can't get away with half the shit they'd like to do, because the censors hose up their bits. Doug has expressly stated that anything he does outside of stand-up is for the promotion of his stand-up, which, by the way, is really damn good. I agree that the show had much better moments with Adam and Jimmy. But Joe and Doug do some really funny, creative shit that even A&J were afraid to try. They never thought of "Drunken Crossfire," dammit. The book signing where they had the Dr. Phil look-alike who was a total pig to the women was a stroke of genius. The show is what it is, LCD entertainment, but it's got some gems. And the type of comedy that Joe & Doug like to do tends to be darker, more vulgar, and, oddly enough, more carefully thought-out and creatively written than A&J's work. J&D's humor just doesn't play as well within the context of the Man Show. |

The Man Show has boobs, and there will always be a shitload of idiots out there who will watch it simply for that. They could have Sony Aibo robot dogs host the show and people would still watch it. And yeah, Reno 911 did surprisingly well. It was definitely one of their more popular shows in recent years. |

I think they're trying to phase the Man Show out without actually cancelling it outright. It's like they're purposely making it as bad as possible. That way CC can avoid getting complaints about the show, and by the time they take it off the air everybody will hate it so much nobody will care. It's not a good plan, but then again CC only has a few good shows anymore.

I think they did pick up Reno 911 for season 2. It was very succesful, it got fantastic ratings. SWC Season 3 hasn't *officially* been announced, but they are planning on releasing it. They made an unoffial statement about future series the plan to release, and it included South Park season 4 (which is coming out in june), That's My Bush, Reno 911 Season 1, and some other things i forget. Give UCB some time, I'm pretty sure they'll release it. |

New season of The Man Show  Seriously, what the fuck? I mean this in all seriousness: WHY the fuck did they decide to keep this show on the air for ANOTHER FUCKING SEASON? I've honestly never known anyone who actually liked the new Man Show with Joe and Doug, and even Doug's made quite a few comments on how much he hates the show. So how in the bloody fuck did it get picked up again? And there STILL isn't any word on a new season of Reno 911, or new DVD releases for Strangers With Candy or Upright Citizens Brigade. No, the money for all those was put into Doug fighting Tonya Harding in a boxing match. |
