slavemason Thanks Fartin. Sure you hear a bass, it's just not bass strings. I use piccolo strings in order to be able to play chords with more clarity. Sure you can play chords on any bass, but they tend to sound muddy on the low end.

Any bass players out there with a spare bass laying around might want to give it a try. They're cheap, fast, and fun. Here's where you can get some, if they don't have them in your local store. http://store.juststrings.net/dad-exl280.html

FartinMowler it's fast and fun but I don't here a bass I wouldn't mind practicing to it, if you don't mind (some people are sensitive about that) ...I liked Chickens are mammals the best

That's a bunch of tripe. Anyway, let me know what you think of my main band (meaning I get to write songs and sing). http://www.soundclick.com/bands/5/jt...blamemusic.htm

Disclaimer: This was recorded on a four-track in the small room pictured on the site. It is raw at best, rough to be honest. Anyway the songs are there. I prefer starting with "Phantom Nerve" and going up from there. You can obviously do whatever you want.

We'll be recording at the end of May in a "studio". I was just wanting to get some initial feedback from some strangers. Have at it!
