The One and Only... Damn it guys...

1) I'm not fat.

2) A 7 & 1/4" dick is not really that big of a deal.

Virne Or you're just doomed to be wide, like I'm doomed to be sleek (could eat anything full day long and still stay in solid 56 kg). Cheers.

Big Papa Goat I wish I could help you, but I have the exact opposite problem. If I knew what I was doing that made me so morbidly skinny I would stop it, then tell you

Schimid Wow, I'm kinda amazed.

I can't even run a half of a mile without needing a break.

I've been around secondhand smoke for my whole life if that's an excuse.

Supafly345 Just don't eat processed food of any kind, go for 3 mile brisk walks every day, and drink lots of water. The longer you do this, the faster you will lose weight.
You can vary this however you want, like change the workout, but this is a garaunteed way to permanently lose wieght and increase your metablosism.

Matt Harty Always eat breakfast. Workout and eat right afterwards, you can eat alot and not gain any weight from it.

Cosmo Electrolux You should probably eat more frequently. Your metabolism is probably slow because of your eating habits...and lack of regular exercise. Eat 4 or 5 smaller meals per day to get your metabolism going.

Big Papa Goat BEING FAT DOESN'T MATTER AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A 7 AND 1 HALF INCH PENIS.

Big McLargehuge I eat very little, maybe two meals a day (i eat healthily, ie good carbs no red meat). I am 6'1" i don't deliberatly exercise but I swim or play raquet ball at least 3 times a week. I am not in bad pysical shape (i can run 2 miles without a break, not much i know but not too bad either) and i smoke. I don't really care to lose weight, i just want to stop the flucuations, which aren't realated to my diet and exercise as far as i can tell.

Captain Robo 1. JOIN A GYM

2. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T EAT A WHOLE FUCKING PIZZA FOR LUNCH

3. GET IN FIGHTS FOR GOOD EXERCISE

4. WATCH LOTS OF THOSE COMMERCIALS WHERE PEOPLE LOSE THEIR LOVE HANDLES OR DOUBLE CHINS AND LEAVE THEM ON THE FLOOR FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO CLEAN UP.

OR IF YOU'RE A BITCH:

1. GET LIPOSUCTION, YOU PANSY

health and being fat

I didn't know where this should go, so i figured this is a good place for it.

My weight fluctuates wildly, from abour 210 to 240 lbs. It can go from one extreme to the other in as little as two weeks. I remember reading that it is better to be overweight than to have your weight fluctuate alot. I don't do this on purpose and it seems to be totoally unrealted to my diet and excersize habits, i was wondering if any body has any advice on how i can keep my weight constant (preferably at the low end).
