DamnthatDavid You know Fartin, that infromation was very helpful, it told me alot about how to run these new dang-fangled computers.
Now, how about you shut up, for you have not a fucking clue.

I need to know what you captured it with (the program), what type of video file you saved it as (MPEG? AVS?), how long the actual tape is, and how much RAM you have.

FartinMowler Have you done a "Scan disc" and removed all the crap files on you computer lately? YOu might have so many temp files and other things taking up space that it won't run...

Need help with a corrupt file

I tried using a video capture program to record a video stream. The result was a 4GB movie file that crashes if I so much as click on the file name.

I was just wondering if there was any way I could salvage the video, or if I'm, going to have to delete it. Fast help would be appreciated, because it is 4GB being taken up on my HD right now.
