A PETITION: Mr.T & A-Team Movie

[center:15ff2ca445]

"I pity the fool" - Mr.T[/center:15ff2ca445]
As you may know there's an A-Team movie in the works and it appears that Mr.T will not be asked to reprise his role as BA Baracus.

The following petition is asking director Kevin Brodbin and producer Stephen Cannell to reconsider this casting decision.

Sethomas You could make a case for Nirvana on account of Cobain's deification, but in truth they put out a shitload of genuinely good material. But Alice in Chains? I can't think of a single instance of seeing someone wear an AIC shirt or request them on the radio, yet from like 90 to 96 they released about twenty radio-quality songs. For real, take a listen to their greatest hits compilation, Nothing Sacred or something like that I personally think they're surprisingly under-rated, along with STP.

Abcdxxxx I have a petty personal grudge with Blur but you can't put them in the same league with those other bands. Blur have been putting out records since 92, they've had three or four big songs over the years, and in Europe they were considered a huge name band up till the last record.

Anyway that post shoulda been made like four years ago, in the proper forum even. 311 hasn't had any cover stories, mtv airplay, or alterna radio airplay in ages...and Blurs the only one on that list that ever did really. Let's be really progressive and bitch about The Killers, or take back a year or two and pick on the YeahYeahYeahs or something.

Over-hyped bands

Now, some of these bands I actually enjoy, but I've noticed that there are tons of them that receive like five parts publicity for one part of released music. Examples:

Soulfly
311
Local H
Blur.

Thoughts?
