Yeah, poor recording quality I know. I did it by holding the CD player up to the comp's mic.
Pardon me, I didn't listen to the whole thing. My snotty orchestration comment was about the parts when the strings *were* playing Peter, and I thought you meant both sections played it at once.

I forget exactly, but I am pretty sure each character only has one instrument. Like the duck was clarinet or something, and the hunters were the drums-- so are you sure peter gets the whole strings section?

It's in the March, Perndog. I have the score, I also have the recording of me playing it in the Boulder Symphony. I know what I'm talking about, I'm an orchestral violinist. I'll make a short wav of the brass coming in at the beginning of the March, if you really want it.

If you really want me to, I can find a scan of the score that shows the horns tacet during Peter's theme.

Quick. Help me identify this classic tune.

I need to know the name so I can try and download it. I'm thinking die Zauberflöte, Magical Forest, and Peter and the Wolf, but I'm probably way off.
