I'm listening to it right now. I hear not a single horn until the wolf is mentioned. If you really want me to, I can find a scan of the score that shows the horns tacet during Peter's theme. There's no reason, orchestrally speaking, for the horns to come in for Peter, who has the entire string section. Please, give Prokofiev a little more credit. |

Quick. Help me identify this classic tune. whistle.wav, 300kB I need to know the name so I can try and download it. I'm thinking die Zauberflöte, Magical Forest, and Peter and the Wolf, but I'm probably way off. |
