Jim Duncan - Weather I liked the episode with the Nazi propaganda films for German Shepherds. The guy was all like, "That seems like a Nazi propaganda film" and then the 'German' guy was like, "My people find that offensive!"

ScruU2wice I watched an episode of batman once and the scare crow had batman in a dream. But batman figured out it was a dream because you can't read in your dreams...

Jixby Phillips I had a dream that I was at a resturant and they had three tvs going on showing crossballs and you could see it from three different angles instead of cutting between each angle and if you got 3 tvs you coudl do it at home then i saw a comedy central exec and asked him if crossballs was coming out on dvd and he said yeah, wanna see the prototype and i said yeah and he gave me a dvd-case-sized syrofoam box and it had the crossballs title graphic glued on it and a subtitle typed onto it that said "Comedy Gold DVD - 90 minutes" and I asked if it was going to be a best-of thing, and he said "yeah" and i was like "you should release the whole season" and he was like "really" and i was like "yeah" and he was like "well, yeah maybe. okay"

Dole Go outside.

Royal: Brass eye is on DVD. As is JAM, which is far sicker and weirder, and the short film he recently made, 'My Wrongs'.

James They're showing 3 episodes a week? I've only see the pot one. When do they show each episode?
Jul 11th, 2004 01:48 PM
Emu For some reason Comedy Central comes in stupidly fuzzy here while every other channel is fine.
Jul 11th, 2004 09:04 AM
whoreable it looks about the same to me as it always have, I have direct tv though.

I love that they are shwing 3 new episodes a week, just sucks there are only 24. Oh well a show like this can only last so long and still be funny. matt besser is so awesome

Jixby Phillips The Drugs episode was hysterical. This show is really great. But it's totally like a television version of the Phil Hendrie Show.

I am making DVDs of this.

related: does comedy central look like shit to anybody else? I used to always see these scrolls at the bottom of the screen saying that they are switching to a digital signal or something like that, and at some point comedy central just started looking softer and blurrier. I used to wait untill conan aired on comedy central before taping it because it used to look clearer than my shitty NBC station, but now my shitty NBC station looks much better in comparison.

I'm surprised they invested in that many episodes.

Royal Tenenbaum I need to see Brass Eye now. Chris Morris is the shit, and The Day Today is one of my all time favourite shows.
Jul 9th, 2004 12:11 PM
Krythor I haven't seen Brass Eye for ages.

But yeah, it does sound awfully similar, so anybody who likes this should download or buy the Brass Eye pedophilia special.

Matt Harty I'll take it over that faggy british talk show.

James I had no interest in the idea of the show, but I watched it tonight. It does come off really funny, but it also comes off blatantly fake. I thought the joke was that real experts didn't know the whole thing was a joke.

It was still really funny though, but I don't know how long they could keep it up with this kind of feel to it.
