When did he say that shit? Oh ya, at least 15 years ago. His last stand up special was a travesty. What has he done latley besides cameos in disappointing Kevin Smith movies? What has he said? And shall we go into his little ventures working for the evil capitalist machines that he loves to preach against? Do you remember that Dodge Neon commercial a few years back? Yes, Carlin is irrelevent. And I loved Brian Droppings. |

Whoopi Goldberg? Jeez, whats wrong, Elaine Boozler had a previous engagment? Seriously, Bush needs to chill out on this one. If I were him and som eone brought it up, I'd say, "Damn, is it 1986 again?" Tell you what, if John Goodman starts talking smack, then you can worry. Until then, Whoopi can go back with George Carlin into the We Used to be Relevent Lounge and enjoy a Fresca. |

HAHAHA! She got canned!!! http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...dc_3&printer=1 Slim-Fast Sheds Whoopi Goldberg After Bush Riff Wed Jul 14, 5:50 PM ET Add Entertainment - Reuters to My Yahoo! NEW YORK (Reuters) - Comedian Whoopi Goldberg (news) will no longer appear in ads for diet aid maker Slim-Fast following her lewd riff on President Bush (news - web sites)'s name at a fund-raiser last week, the company said on Wednesday. Florida-based Slim-Fast said it was "disappointed" in Goldberg's remarks at last Thursday's $7.5 million star-studded fund-raiser at Radio City Music Hall in New York. "Ads featuring Ms. Goldberg will no longer be on the air," Slim-Fast General Manager Terry Olson said in a statement, adding that the company regrets that Goldberg's remarks offended some customers. Republicans have expressed outrage over the fund-raiser for presumptive Democratic nominee John F. Kerry and his vice presidential running mate, John Edwards (news - web sites), in which entertainers lined up to skewer the president. The New York Post said of Goldberg's appearance at the event: "Waving a bottle of wine, she fired off a stream of vulgar sexual wordplays on Bush's name in a riff about female genitalia." A spokesperson for Goldberg declined immediate comment. |

J.P. Morgan? Charles Nelson Reilly, despite his money making buffoonery on the Ghost anmd Mrs. Muir (I am so old) was Uta Hagen's prize syudent and one of the leading proponents of the Stanaslavski method. He used to be one of the most saught after acting teachers in New York, I shit you not. (I am so obscure). |

I think Lewsis Black put it nicely last night on the Daily Show. With the DNC getting ready to be wOwEd by wealthy entertainers like Bono and Justin Timberlake, and the RNC getting ready to have $1,000-plate dinners in NYC, it makes it hard to choose between which America I hate more. ![]() |

W. Goes Nuts over Whoopie's 'Bush'! The latest non-issue, Republican's having hissie because Whoopie Goldbergh made jokes about the presidents last name being a euphamism for pubic hair while entrtaining at a Kerry fundraiser, and WORSE YET Kerry had the temerity to say nice things about her afterword. And they're DEMANDING a tape of the event be released! Funny, I seem to recall whole lot of stuff being demanded for release fom his administration and all of the have to do with, get ready for it now, policy. Personally, I think they should release the footage. I mean, why the hell not? A.) Whoopi hasn't been funny in about twenty years. B.) Somebody else called him a 'thug' which isn't nice but hardly shocking. C.) Paul Newman called him a liar, which I think is arguably true and I don't see any problem at all with it. D.) The Republican's say someone called W. a killer, which I haven't seen attributed to anyone. If someone did say it, while I think it's a broad deffinition of the word, he is the commander in chief. It's not as if a few bad apples invaded Iraq on their own initiative. E.) When your frightened of issues you make as big a deal as possible about non-issues. I would have thought they'd be all tied up with major important issues like a constitutional mendment banning gay marriage. F.) I don't think the President who called a reporter a 'major league asshole' and VP who told a senator to 'go fuck himself' should complain about a few 'lick bush' jokes. |
