Key al-Qaeda suspect 'arrested'

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/3938133.stm

"Pakistan says it has arrested a key suspect in the bombings of two US embassies in East Africa in 1998.
He has been named as Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, an al-Qaeda militant who has a $25m American bounty on his head."

Who knows how active he has been recently but atleast this asshole will get what he deserves for what he did in 1998.

I have a question, do the Pakistani police forces now get the 25 million? Or does the government? Or is that only for individuals?
