Sethomas | Yeah, my med school sister likes to recite the newly-learned parasites I'm likely ingesting as I eat. And yeah, you may as well cook hamburger all the way since it has no real flavor anyways. |

steaks have to be rare-medium rare for me. hamburgers i try to cook through, because of health reasons. all the meat inside has been contaminated, cause it was ground up and all of it has touched air, so to kill anything that's in it, i cook it through. (there's no worry like this with steak, because the inside has not touched air once, and is clean) ![]() |

How do you like your meat cooked? I'm an extra-rare kind of guy. That's the best way to cook it if you want to actually experience the flavor of the animal. The exception would be the last time I ordered rack of lamb "extra rare", and all they did was sprinkle pepper corns over it and served it still cold. It's got to be at least warm for the flavor to come out. |
