...well, anyway. I went skinny dipping once, but it was only because I forgot my trunks and I didn't want to get my boxers wet. most of my friends wanted to leave... but I was the one who drove, so... yeah. |

i did it one time at this private pool and the cops came and i had to climb a fence and run through the woods with my clothes and shoes in my arms.

Last summer I went skinny dipping at like 2:00 in the afternoon on a public (and very clothed) beach with my girlfriend. It was fun, few people noticed us before we got into the water and once we were there, nobody knew we were naked, or that we were... Nevermind. |

... I've swam in the nude a few times in Hawaii. Got my groove on, too. All the townhouses in my neighborhood had pools and because we were on a hill the pool wasn't visible from the houses. I bet there's still a bunch of my baby batter caught in the drain. |

Swimming pools are great... but I hate the ocean. You just don't know what else might be swimming around in there with you. I think the last time I went swimming in the ocean is when I went snorkeling and there was a HUGE shark headed my way. I swam as fast as I could back to the boat and that was it. :notasharksammich. |

when i was 10 i tried to impress this girl by jumping in her pool and i sliced my side open on her metal fence - she was freaking out and i was like no it's ok it looks worse than it is but she meant the blood in the pool

I could probably deal with a swimming pool. But a lake or the ocean or anything deep enough that I can't see the bottom (or any giant sea monsters that are in it)...FUCK THAT! But I just don't like the water much anyway, so I doubt I'll ever bother to learn how to swim. I need SOLID GROUND underneath my feet. If I were meant to swim, I would have gills

so did i. the lifeguard had to rescue me because i was pulling myself out of the pool and my arms gave out and i smacked the underside of my chin on the side of the pool. i had to get 16 stitches. i was 3 and back in the water as soon as i was healed.

Yeah, but if you panic, you sink. I've never been around water much. I'm not SCARED of it, but I'm not going to go out of my way to get in it. I'll avoid it if I can, because it makes me uneasy. Plus I hate being wet. My sister almost drowned when she was a kid. |
