Ninjavenom | It was a tough call, too. They're one of the few bands i like who i can say have really, truly talented lyric writing capabilities. I also love the first four lines to Heaven and Weak, and The Ferryman is equally incredible.

Helm | Yeah that lyric and that bit of music there is really captivating. I find myself liking Maudlin all the more with each listen, and I've been listening for a year now.

Walls of Jericho simply cannot compare to the absolute orgasm that it is to listen to Maudlin of the Well. But hey, right now there is not a single thing that can :3 PS I made a new sig in their honor :O |

Riddle Mastaaaah! Manilla Road never did wrong. And as silly as Queensryche look in the pic, at that stage of their career they were awesome. I still like The Warning more than anything else they put out, but oh well. And The Spectre Within is just... the ultimate us power metal record. There's not a bad song to be found in there. Oh and the song 'Kyrie Eleison' its greek for 'Lord Bless Us'. |

Howbout some Manilla Road to go with that? I never gave Fates Warning much listening time, but they're lucky cuz now they get a shot at shining. :O |

Dixie | Dead Soul Tribe is pretty good, though i liked Murder of Crows better than the new one. but if you're into buddy lackey (or as he's known now devon graves) you might like aryeon which has a number of killer vocalists on it. and the music's actually good too!!

iron-i'm taking everything as a joke, like what you said, and what miss modular said. my response to spinal tap was a joke. like i said i love them too. you're taking it wayyyyy too seriously. and like i've said before i'm devoted to heavy metal b/c it's part of my job and honestly i've spent a very large part of my life being physically involved in it, helm knows what i mean. but please mitchell, don't forget this is i-mockery, which means-I'M FUCKING WITH YOU. anyways. *drool* i've been begging my friend to relinquish his witchfynde shirts to me. i saw them in Nj a few years ago, and damn they were awesome! have you heard the original singer's band "wytchfynde"? i was sorely dissappointed in it. he's become a victim of trend. ![]() |

re dude, i have no problem with the stuff you're talking about. i mildly enjoy the stuff most of the time, and there are even times when i'm all about it. i just have trouble not pestering anyone who has such an obvious weiner up their butt and can't admit it their fancy for it. it's almost as bad as those kids who have devoted their lives to staying logged onto the yahoo punk-rock chatrooms so they can spend 24 hours a day telling 12 year old blink 182 fans that they're not punk, should have never been born, and that they should check out amebix or dieeeee! their hearts are in the right places, but geeeeeez. |

iron, you have to be in a specific mindset to enjoy the music we're talking about. I see no point for the two of you to be picking a fight about this here. And I rotated throw Give Them Hell, Stagefright and Cloak and Dagger. Witchfynde have a way to appear very authentic for a gimmick band. |

re i've never seen a hot topic. just because i don't finger my butthole to images of sweaty, shirtless men with long hair and guitars doesn't mean i have any interest in raver pants and sealab 2021 t-shirts. |

Jealous why? Is it perhaps that I've seen Candlemass, not once but twice? Hah! And Hallow's Eve used to be so awesome on that first ep (or was it an lp?) but prime Coroner cannot be denied! They had something going that nobody else did. And I'm listening to Wychfinde and the head, it doth bangeth mightily! |
