TV Tuner Issues Ya, my tv tuner was bought back before I had XP, and when I got XP it wouldn't work, but they *fixed* the drivers but now the sound and the picture is out of sync and its retarded to watch and I'm sure it'll drive someone insane if they watch it too much Should I just buy a new TV tuner card thats made for XP or is this a common problem. I want to hook up my video game system to my monitor, so should I just get an external TV tuner? |
