MetalMilitia | wel duhhhhh. I know about that but if you left it in the fridge for like a year its not going to be edible. More mould will grow ontop of the existing mold or something. |

Helm | dude blue cheese doesn't go bad. The BLUE in it is actually fungi that grows when cheese originally goes bad. Deal with it. |

hmmm...... now why didn't i think of that. But if you buy it from a supermarket cheese counter it will come in a bag and not have any packageing with a date on. |

Then it's good. Tuna Tacos smell bad but we love them yes we do. |

How do you tell if stilton is mouldy. Stilton, blue cheese.. whatever you want to call it. I have just done eating rather a big piece in some toast and it tasted kind of wierd but looked ok. is there some trick to knowing is its still ok to eat? |
