I liked the first Jak And Daxter much more than this one, to be fair. I feel like this one went the way of Prince Of Persia (well, before PoP did) and got all HARDCORE and DARK. I liked the first one. |

Jak II Is really fucking hard. Not so much hard, as it is unfair. Hard denotes a difficulty, in which increased skill can overcome in. The game in unfair, in that a handful of missions rely on sheer luck more than anything else. Pretty much any mission that has you in a vehicle is unfair. It IS hard though, too. A lot of missions require you to step up and give it all you got... many, many times. But when you beat them, you feel good about yourself. The unfair ones, when you beat them, just make you glad it's over with. I just hope Jak 3 isn't this ridiculous. |
