damn it! i like "HEY DORK! LET'S TALK COMICS!" , but this one is kind of image heavy, and because of websatan, i have to use the ip to get to the site, and none of the images show up that way...

Thanks! The next column is actually about something in the early nineties, so it's a bit of a departure, but it's just as chock full of dork. And yeah, Pjalne, although it would take a chunk o' research since peopel don't generally categorize books by plot device, I recall just bucket loads of really, really shitty physics in silver age comics. I think they basically thought radiation and relativity were different names for magic. |

it is true; man-made comedy will never defeat tragically accidental humor.  And if there's one thing I can't get enough of, it's old comics with women getting punched. even though it wasn't featured in this piece:  If you'd just blur out the word balloons in this frame, the sexual connotations would probably cause the world to explode. |
