MetalMilitia If you are planning to make it co-op i'd start using the DM .sln straght away.

Half Life 2 SDK!!!

I just started playing HL2 again, forgetting how fucking awesome it was, since the first time through I beat it in about 2 days.

Now, I'm using the SDK (software development kit) to make my own missions, objects, weapons, and so on. Real fun stuff.

I want to make a campaign that chronicles the events of halflife 2, but though the eyes of a combine soldier. One who is enlisted into civil patrol, then maybe for some reason they decide to promote (and freakishly alter, if you've read the story on fragfiles on how they make the tough combine soldiers) him to overwatch. he could start out trying to just fulfill his beating quota, then when freeman appears on the scene it's up to him (and maybe even a squad, I could EVEN make it a co-op experience with friends) to track him down and kill him.

I need some idea how this game will play out, where the soldier will go, and how he'll do it. If you have any suggestions, feel free to post them here.
