Thank you very much, Rog. I don't think I'll be buying them, but the restless spirit of my brain's ghost can finally find peace, now that this mystery has been solved. ![]() And now, a couple pictures from Venture Bros., showing the cards. ![]() ![]() |

Since nobody else will answer your question, I shall bestow upon you more knowledge from my youth. I used to have a full set of these things, and while I'm not sure if they still make new ones, you can still find 'em. I've even seen sets in thrift shops before. They were called Wildlife Treasury. Here's a set on eBay in case you're interested. And yes, it is because of the commercials for those sets that I became fascinated with the duck-billed platypus among other creatures. :o |

Those Animal Info Cards Thingies What were they called? They came in a plastic green case, and you could order more to add to your collection. The front of the card had a picture of the animal, and a few icons to show what kind of animal it was and where it lived. And on the back, they had facts about the animals. And do they even still make them? I'm watching The Incredible Mr. Brisby episode of Venture Bros, and Dean has them. ![]() |
