IGN posted some more supposed Zelda news from some company in Spain, so I doubt it's accurate, but it's interesting anyway. According to the two articles, Link is not from Hyrule, but from a neighboring kingdom and he starts as a farmboy. The world is roughly four times bigger than that of "Ocarina of Time", as well. Oh, and Link may be able to communicate with animals. Articles are here and here. |

I think you get a gold rupee, or orange. I don't think I've ever even seen the eel myself, though. I think you can catch him with the lure. You just have to go talk to the guy after you find the lure and he'll allow you to use it. |

i never got the eel. always saw him and attempted to catch, but couldn't. i guess you can't do it with the sinking lure. |

| timrpgland | well, being a fan of Harvest Moon since the release of the SNES game (never played the legend of fisher king or whatever it's called but that's a fishing/rpg sim) let me know that the strangest concepts can still be fun. | ||

Fishing was actually pretty cool in OoT for a while at least. Heart piece and the 8 meter dive ability you get (to get another heart as adult link) are worth the effort. Also a few other things to keep you busy with fishing, like fishing the fisherman's hat, the sinking lure, cheating and etc. |

Fishing in Zelda is actually fun. I don't know why, it just is. And there is more than just fishing in this game as well. I have seen some concept art where Zelda is actually wielding a sword as well. Joy! EDIT:Badass Concept Art! Possibly signaling the return of Shiek?
