N00bKill3R | I have the one that has the original release and the US release, I'm pretty happy with it. |

When I rented Shaolin Soccer there were two versions of the film on one disk. ![]() |

pjalne | I think this has been out for a while, and I'm pretty sure it's the best version out there. I have the original region 3 release, which has some okay extras (most of which aren't subtitled) and is letterboxed (like most Hong Kong DVDs seem to be). The one you're thinking about appears to have the same extras plus some other stuff thrown in, but more importantly the image is anamorphic. |

New DVD of Shaolin Soccer? A while back, I'd seen Shaolin Soccer for sale, and asked you all for opinions. I was responded to with what boiled down to "They edited the film and made it shitty." Well, now there appears to be a 2-disc edition of the movie (most likely to compliment Kung Fu Hustle). One disc contains the American-edited version, and the other contains the original cut of the film. Just wondering if anyone's picked it up, and what they had to say about the original version, or any extras on the discs. |
