AFRAID OF THE DARK I was home alone and scared out of my SKUNKS. I could hear the wind TURNING and off in the distance an ONION was howling. I crossed the room, locked the BOTTLE OF BLOOD. and climbed into bed, pulling the BOOKS over my DUODENUM. Then it happened. I could hear a TERRIER SWIMMING up the PUTRID stairs. My PINKY stared to chatter and my knees were YAKING. The CHUNK was thrust open and there was a huge KEG with hair all over his NASAL CAVITY. It was my fathers. "Hi, we're home," he said QUICKLY. "Hope you weren't afraid of staying home alone." "No," I said, lying through my ANUSES. |
