Thankee. There's just much more opportunity for humor in real life than in written text if ya ask me. :o As for a device in the basement, we put it there so I don't accidentally break stuff in our house in one of my hyperactive fits.

Oh and Virgil is a total fucking cunt. He goes to malls all the time with photos and videos of him being the Million Dollar Man's slave and talks about how 'When you're sellin' out Madison Square Garden, main-eventing, 40,000 people in the stands, that's how you know you've really made it!' The fucker has all the career highlights of the Gobbly Gooker. I'm convinced he doesn't even get paid to hang around these places, he just has to occupy himself as much as possible to keep the tears at bay.

Proud tears, Virgil. Strong men cry too.

Mockery Gemma, yeah we were hoping to see a 2000AD booth so we could go say hey, but there wasn't any one that we could see.

Sam, glad ya liked it. Maybe you and Gemma can come to the big convention next year so we can all hangout and be rockstars.

Dole very entertaining rog, looks like you had a fab time! the US conventions look a lot better than the UK ones.

swimini I would probably go for 'alchemist' yuna, that way I get a big gun.

but it would be fun to be an x 'man' because my other half is already wolverine.

betcha didn't know wolvie played the ukelele. although since that photo was taken wolvie no longer eats scotch eggs, because of the piglets.

Marc Summers Will this be summoner Yuna or will it be one of her more "exciting" costumes :/

Oh hell there's like 50 of everything you can think of anyway just go as both for the confusion factor

swimini I am sooo jealous. san diego makes the brit cons look like a juble sale for geeks. I checked the list and thre didnt seem to be many brit creators there- mostly because they re all too poor for the air fare! well, we have Dreddcon in october- about 250 people go to that! and then my city is hosting a larger event in November- that might get about 3000 people. we dont tend to do costumes in this country- my god we are repressed! I really would love to get some cosplay going on but I would feel foolish on my own. I will just have to save for san diego and get working on my x-men costume- or should I be Yuna from FF?

you decide, should I be Shadowcat or Yuna?

McClain As far as I'm concerned the only thing San Diego had going for itself was the weather.

You laugh on the outside, but inside you're crying that you ever left a place with such perfect weather.

It's all true... if only I hadn't been a showboat, then thousands of lives would've been spared.
