| mburbank | Actually, the costume looks WAY better in the action shots than it does in real life. The mouth doesn't move at all, it's just a latex casting, and the bag, utility belt etc are all latex. Don't get me wrong, it's way higher quality than your average store bought wookie suit, but it's still a significant step bellow the actual costume. Which, by the way, will be here at the Museum. | |

| Carnivore | I hear Wookies have a killer splitter. The Sox could use Chewie big time. Their relievers have been ailing. | |

| Dupes | It was short term. He actually wasn't even planning on getting the job. For extra credit in our senior year English class, he wrote a resume for his final project and submitted it to the Museum. They called him back for a job interview and he got the job. He liked working in the city and thought it was a fairly simple job, so he decided to work there until he finally went to Hesser. | |

| mburbank | I work in the exhibits department and I also write for the Museum freelance. Was your friend in security here long, or was it a short term thang? | |
| Sep 29th, 2005 11:08 AM | ||
| Dupes | Yeah, a friend of mine who went to the game told me about this today. He said it was a promotional thing for the museum. It's even better seeing it here. Where do you work in the museum? A buddy of mine was working there as a security guard before he shipped off to college a few months ago. | |

| mburbank | My Friend Chewbacca throws out first ball This is my friend Mike Horvath, a designer I work with at the Museum, dressed as Chewie, throwing at the first ball at last nights Red Sox Game. Monday night his daughter gets born, Wednesday night he's chewbacca at a sox game. This guy is living large. | |
