punkgrrrlie10 they took away cigarettes in some prison in vermont and all hell broke loose. The price rose about 200% and people started trading sexual favors for them.

Smoking in Prisons

I was talking with a couple friends over a beer, about smoking in bars. This led to a conversation about smoking in prisons. Should prisoners be allowed to smoke, or no?

I'll start with something -- prison, unlike a restaurant, is a "home" to the inmate.
