Dr. Fu said that he was appathetic towards getting banned, and would just have fun til it eventually happens. I don't mean to sound cliche and child-psychologisty, but simply ignoring him may be the best thing thing to do. You know he's just trying to get a rise out of us by being so annoying, and a temporary ban is only the epitome of of a rise in his book.

I sincerely doubt it. It annoys me, as the kid could be occasionally funny when he wasn't just spamming bullshit like a spaz. Anyway, I doubt the kid has the attention span to last a week long ban. No real loss, I guess.
