What about Stella? Like the one where a kid gets hit by a car... That one was alright. But that is a pretty good list so far, I've seen most of them. |

I am going to try and d/l arrested development as so many people say its good... The drugs episode of brass eye would have to be in there, as well as an episode of the day today, and partridge.. |

the brass eye cake special was ace, too. if you want to see a good american comedy, you should check out arrested development. fox just aired the last 4 episodes last night. i would start with season 1. yup. |

MM's Ultimate comedy DVD Last night over a few light ales me and my ladyfriend where dicussing making a DVD with the best episodes from the best comedy series. I say 'we where discussing', it was more like me banging on about what I would put on my ultimate comedy compilation but whatever. Anyway, it got me thinking and I concluded that you yanks have no idea what you are missing on UK TV so I am thinking about making my compilation then uploading to some internet source for you dirty forigners so see if you like any of it. But before I can do that I need some suggestions for what shows should be on it and what espisodes of these shows. Here is a short list of what I have come up with so far. 1. I'm Alan Partridge - Series 1 - The one where he pisses off the farmers (dont remember the name and I dont have it on my laptop but i'll find out soon.) 2. Black Books - Series [not sure] - The one where they get the security doors installed and Manny is locked in the shop 3. Peepshow - Series 2 - The one where Jez attepts to write the music for a Honda advert OR 3. Peepshow - Series 1 - Episode 5 (Careers Guidance) 4. Monkey Dust - Series 1 - Episode 1 (only one I have right now but im planning to buy the DVD tomorrow) 5. Spaced - Series [not sure] - The Resident Evil episode OR 5. Spaced - Series [not sure] - The paintballing episode 6. Brass eye - 2001(?) Paedophile Special Now i'm sure i'm forgetting some episodes or programmes so what can any of you guys think of? Also im undecided on whether I should put an episode of Knowing Me Knowing You AND I'm Alan Partridge S1 or S2 episode on, as both are pretty different. Im pretty sure I dont want anything like Little Britain, The Office or Leauge of Gentlemen on it. They are all good but not what I want. |
