Hence the fact i live in Belgium and fries are among my favourite foods i like sauces on them.Not Ketchup or Mayonaise but.... SAMURAI-sauce It's great AND Belgian!!!It concists of vinigar-egg based sauce with chili peppers.Yum Yum |

With the malt vinegar on the fries, the ones on the bottom might get a little soggy but not too much. I mean, you're only shaking a little on there, not drowing them. But even the slightly soggy ones are tastey. Think big beef on weck sandwich with a nice salty kimelwick roll, just the right amount of au jus, with a big side of fries splashed with malt vinegar. Ooooooh, thats good shit. |

They have those around me, cheese fries. Gravy is usually on the side. I like ketchup or malt vinegar on my fries. I think its a western NY thing, you can get packets of malt vinegar pretty much anywhere you can get fries. We also put ranch or blue cheese on our pizza. Mayo sucks, if I must use something I use miracle whip. |

I liked tartar sauce with frie's at one time (witch is basicly mayo + pickle's and what ever else) Mayonnaise/Miracle whip= no Ranch and ketchup are easily the most preferred when i make my own. Mcdonald's frie's are the only fast food frie's that i dont put anything on becuase they have it down with that powderd salt they use that mix's perfectly with there Micky'D fat. With everything else i guess there's allway's ketchup.. |

mayo is mayo. there's no "dutch" or "american" mayo. it's all egg yolks, vinegar, oil. sometimes seasoned with lemon juice and it's all gross
